At Puff & Paws, we want you and your fur baby to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to make the process as clear and hassle-free as possible.

1. Our 14-Day "Love It or Leave It" Window

You may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of delivery. We encourage you to inspect your items as soon as they arrive.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and capable of being resold. Specifically, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Please email us at admin@puffandpaws.com within the 14-day window to request a return authorization. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

3. The Return Process & Fees

Once your return is approved, we will provide all the necessary return instructions.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Small Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply to cover our specialized handling, inspection, and repackaging costs. This fee will be clearly communicated and deducted from your refund total before you ship the item back.

4. Processing Time & Refunds

Since our products are fulfilled from specialized supplier locations, we ask for your patience during the inspection process.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10–15 business days from the date you ship the item back for your return to be received and fully inspected by our warehouse partners.
  • Refunds: Once the return is processed, your refund will be immediately issued back to your original form of payment. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of all pets, some items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items
  • Opened or used items
  • Final sale items (if clearly marked)
