At Puff & Paws, we work with trusted suppliers to deliver high-quality pet products. Because items may ship from different locations, shipping times and processes may vary.


1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

We do not charge extra fees for split shipments.


2. Fulfillment & Delivery Times

U.S.-Based Items:

  • Handling time (order processing): 2–5 business days
  • Transit time (shipping): 3–5 business days

3. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different supplier locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.


4. Packaging

Some items may arrive in supplier-branded or neutral packaging. This is normal and does not affect product quality or your overall experience.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your delivery.
